Role Overview
The Financial Analyst will support the Finance team at Aptiv’s Centec operation in Ciudad Juárez by providing timely and accurate financial information and analysis to support business and operational decision-making.
What You Will Do
Prepare and analyze financial reports, perform cost and expense analysis, support CAPEX control, and participate in month-end closing and forecasting activities.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, cost accounting, management accounting, or a related Finance position
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Working knowledge of SAP
- Knowledge of cost accounting, standard costs, cost variances, and general accounting principles
- Experience with expense analysis and control, CAPEX, financial KPIs, or plant financial performance analysis
