Role Overview
As Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, you will lead a team of finance planning analysts to drive insightful and accurate financial analysis to support informed business decisions. You will be responsible for maintaining an accurate overview and forecasts of the finances across the business, creating ongoing transparency of the current financial status and risks and opportunities.
What You Will Do
You will lead on financial planning across the business by ensuring that the business receives consistent high-quality financial information. You will produce high-quality medium-term financial plans, budgets, and forecasts, and lead the team to produce high-quality monthly management accounts packs.

Requirements
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with a variety of stakeholders
- Ability to translate financial data for non-finance colleagues through effective storytelling
- Excellent people management skills
- Results-oriented approach with a focus on driving continuous improvement
- Experience in financial modelling
- Experience in FP&A or Finance Business Partnering
- Excellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively to ensure all time deadlines are met
