Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in Product Operations, Data Analysis, Program/Project Management, or similar roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Environmental Science, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field
- Strong ability to analyze complex datasets and translate findings into clear, professional insights
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience or familiarity with agriculture, agronomy, AgTech, or environmental data strongly preferred
