Solutions Engineer – U.S. Public Sector Lead (TS/SCI)

We are seeking a highly technical, mission-oriented Embedded Solutions Engineer to serve as the primary technical point of contact onsite within a key U.S. Public Sector agency in Dayton, OH. This role will involve working side-by-side with U.S. Public Sector personnel and contractors on-base to drive the adoption, integration, and scaling of Arango’s AI Data Platform.

Requirements

• Clearance: Active TS/SCI is mandatory.
• Technical Proficiency: Deep experience with Python, SQL, and the AI/ML ecosystem (Vector DBs, LLMs, LangChain). Knowledge of Graph Databases is a significant plus.
• On-Base Experience: Prior experience working as an embedded contractor or military member within a U.S. Public Sector agency (e.g., NASIC, AFRL, or AFLCMC).
• Instructor Capabilities: Proven ability to teach complex technical concepts to audiences with varying levels of expertise.
• Infrastructure Knowledge: Comfortable working with Kubernetes, Linux, and Docker in secure, high-side environments.
• The ‘Self-Starter’ Mindset: A self-starter who can work autonomously onsite, build high-trust relationships with GS-civilians and active-duty leadership, and navigate the nuances of base operations.
