Founding Product Operations Lead

Arbor is redefining how enterprises extract insights from unstructured data using AI. As a Founding Product Operations Lead, you will drive product development and operations strategy, interface with customers, and lead data analysis projects to inform product decisions.

Requirements

• 4+ years in analytical roles (data, finance, consulting, or similar quantitative fields)
• Proven track record of rapidly mastering new technical skills
• Strong analytical foundation – proficient with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Python) or history of fast technical adoption
• AI/ML familiarity is a plus
• Client-facing experience – comfortable presenting findings and building relationships with external stakeholders
• Entrepreneurial mindset – thrives in fast-paced environments and passionate about building from the ground up
• Strong conviction – self-starter who pushes initiatives forward and challenges assumptions when data supports it
