Role Overview
Lead the Financial Planning & Analysis organization within the ADM Capability Center in Bengaluru, providing operational leadership for India-based FP&A teams supporting global Corporate Functions and Business Unit FP&A teams.
What You Will Do
Provide day-to-day leadership for a team of 10–15 FP&A professionals, coach and develop team members, and drive operational excellence, standardization, automation, and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements
