Role Overview

The Sr. Global Marketing Director leads the development and execution of global marketing communications and promotional campaigns that support business growth across key regions and market segments.

Translate business, market, customer, and segment insights into marketing communications strategies and promotional campaigns that support business objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
  • 8–10 years of experience in global, regional, or portfolio marketing, preferably in B2B or industrial markets
  • Proven success leading globally distributed marketing communications strategies, campaigns, agencies, and teams
  • Excellent communication, project management, collaboration, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working across languages, cultures, and regional go-to-market differences preferred
  • Knowledge of marketing automation, CRM, campaign analytics, and digital marketing platforms
  • Ability to travel, often internationally, 20–35%
