Role Overview
The Region Director, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) is responsible for leading financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis across hospital operations. The role partners closely with regional and market leadership to provide financial visibility, support decision-making, and improve performance.
What You Will Do
Leads, mentors, and develops FP&A team members, develops deep understanding of operational drivers, leads regional budgeting and forecasting processes, and consolidates financial results.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive FP&A or finance experience
- Previous healthcare experience

- Business partnership and communication skills
- Team leadership and development skills
