We are looking for a Technology Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team in Liverpool. As an SDR, you will engage directly with businesses to understand their IT, Cyber and Telecoms infrastructure needs. This is a hybrid role with onsite requirement 3 days a week. You will have access to sales training, industry-recognised Microsoft accreditations, and uncapped commission scheme.
Requirements
- Arrange meetings, demos or attendance for events through calls, emails and LinkedIn
- Develop your client base through market research
- Achieve agreed KPI’s
- Build market knowledge through professional qualifications
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential customers through research, outbound calls, and other strategic outreach methods to generate new business opportunities.
- Sales Outreach: Engage with key decision-makers and influencers within target organisations to articulate the value of our Microsoft solutions and IT services.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings, including Modern Workplace, Dynamics 365, Network Transformation, and other IT solutions, to effectively communicate the benefits to potential clients.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, contacts, and opportunities in the CRM system. Track and report on sales activities and progress.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to strategise on account planning and execution, ensuring a seamless transition of qualified leads.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to contribute valuable insights to the sales and marketing teams.
