Sales Lead Generator

As a Sales Lead Generator, you will work inside a national retail home improvement store engaging customers in friendly conversations about HVAC upgrades and schedule free in-home consultations with our experienced comfort advisors.

Requirements

• Willingness to approach and engage retail shoppers
• Friendly, outgoing personality; sales experience a plus
• Ability to stand/walk for up to 6 hours during shift
• Reliable transportation to/from assigned store
• Minimum age: 18 years
• Available for weekend retail hours (some holidays required)
• Clean, professional appearance to represent the ARS brand
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
• Must pass background check
