Requirements
- 2-5 years experience in performance marketing
- Experience with Shopify or e-commerce flows
- Hands-on experience managing large budgets across Google and Meta
- Strong analytical skills and mastery of ad manager platforms
- Understanding of creative testing frameworks
- Ability to run fast experiments and work with cross-functional teams
- Experience with GA4, Looker, attribution tools, and event-based tracking
