Vice President of Growth

We are looking for a Vice President of Growth to lead our ecommerce execution engine, with a focus on velocity and quality. The ideal candidate has deep ecommerce and direct-response experience, a rigorous testing mindset, and process discipline to help a team move faster without sacrificing quality.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in growth, ecommerce, or digital marketing
• Proven track record of increasing release or experiment velocity within a team
• Hands-on experience producing and optimizing emails, landing pages, and ecommerce flows at scale
• Strong A/B and multivariate testing background with a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Deep understanding of ecommerce conversion funnels, checkout optimization, and subscription business models
