Role Overview
We are seeking a Mid-Level Financial Management Analyst/Consultant to support the Department of the Navy and NAVWAR in Washington, D.C. This is a full-time, onsite position located at the Washington Navy Yard. In this role, you will work alongside a team of consultants to deliver high-quality accounting and financial management support to government clients.
What You Will Do
Enter, maintain, and analyze financial data in government systems (e.g., Navy ERP, Standard Procurement System, and successor systems), assist with budget formulation, cost tracking, and variance analysis, measure organizational performance, and research financial and economic trends affecting funding and expenditures.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- 3–7 years of Navy/DoW financial management or relevant federal consulting experience
- Strongly preferred: Department of the Navy experience, including accounting, finance, consulting, NAVWAR financial systems, and PPBE processes
- Ability to obtain a SECRET government security clearance (TS/SCI may be required for select projects)
