The Used Car Sales Manager will operationally manage and drive the success of the used car department by developing sales consultants, working with third party vendors and achieving monthly sales quotas.
Requirements
- Developing talent and providing exceptional guest experiences
- Managing sales staff and assisting in closing sales
- Purchasing vehicles for inventory and working with lot attendants
- Conducting trade appraisals and managing inventory lot
- Partnership with wholesale vendors and service department
