Ashby is seeking a GTM Engineering and Systems Manager to lead the GTM Systems & Tools team within the Revenue Operations department. The role involves building and leading a high-impact team, defining the roadmap, and owning the full stack of revenue engineering, including data foundation, data modeling, data activation, and GTM agent strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in GTM engineering
- Experience with AI agents and workflows
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Ability to design and deploy AI agents
- Understanding of GTM workflow platforms and tools
- Experience with Clay or similar GTM workflow platforms
- Strong commercial and technical skills
- Experience with scaling GTM infrastructure at a fast-growing SaaS company
