Recruitment Marketing Manager

Role Overview

As a Recruitment Marketing Manager, you will help ASML attract and convert relevant talent into high-quality applicants by improving how we present roles, campaigns, and candidate journeys to the market. You will translate talent priorities, audience insights, and ASML’s employer positioning into clear recruitment marketing frameworks, communication objectives, and activation practices that support better hiring outcomes.

What You Will Do

You will define and improve recruitment marketing frameworks, campaign requirements, communication objectives, and recruitment content needs for agreed talent priorities. You will govern recruitment marketing practices, use quality-of-hire insights, and improve job advertisements, realistic job previews, and candidate-facing messaging.

You will work closely with Talent Marketing and Sourcing, Corporate Communications, regional Talent Acquisition teams, HR stakeholders, and business stakeholders to ensure recruitment marketing materials are aligned, credible, and locally usable. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Master’s degree in marketing, communication, human resources, organizational psychology, or a related field preferred
• 8–12 years of relevant experience in recruitment marketing, employer brand activation, campaign strategy, content strategy, or recruitment communications
• Experience developing and governing global frameworks, briefing requirements, or activation practices
• Strong understanding of how recruitment marketing content, campaign relevance, and candidate-facing messaging influence pipeline quality and selection outcomes
• Experience working in a large, international, and matrixed organization
