Role Overview

The Customer Success Manager will work with the growing customer base, managing multiple executive-level stakeholders to consult on best practices and drive business outcomes. The role involves managing customer relationships from post-implementation through renewal, creating advocates and Assembled champions along the way.

What You Will Do

The responsibilities include managing a portfolio of customers, project-managing customer initiatives, proactively monitoring and managing the health of customers, driving high-impact projects, and driving customer renewals and mitigating churn.

They will be willing to travel to meet with customers in person and have 3+ years of experience in customer-facing, operational, and start-up environments.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer-facing, operational, and start-up environments
  • Workforce Management Experience is a bonus
