We are seeking a hands-on Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives for a growing spa and laser clinic specializing in facial treatments and aesthetic services. The ideal candidate has experience in digital marketing, a strong understanding of the aesthetics industry, and excellent analytical and communication skills.

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing, including paid ads management
• Strong understanding of conversion-focused marketing
• Experience with website management and design
• Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to execute campaigns independently from planning through to delivery
