Role Overview
Hartford Truck Equipment is a fast-growing truck equipment upfitter looking for a Sales Manager to lead and manage a Sales Team. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and multi-tasking skills, experience in sales management, and a strong knowledge of the market and products.
What You Will Do
The Sales Manager will train and support the Sales Team, maintain a fully staffed team, ensure the team is up to date with product knowledge, and develop and execute sales plans to surpass revenue targets.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- Minimum of 5 years of Sales Management experience
- QuickBooks experience
- Strong attention to detail, planning, and organization
- Analytical, multi-tasking, and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Word, and Access
- Valid driver’s license
