Role Overview

The Manager, Performance Analytics & Insights, leads the development and execution of advanced analytics, reporting solutions, and strategic insights that drive business performance across Assurant’s Protection Services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Economics, Finance, or related quantitative discipline
• 7+ years of progressive experience in analytics, business intelligence, data management, performance reporting, or related analytical functions
• 5+ years of experience developing executive-level reporting, dashboards, and analytics solutions
• 2+ years of recent experience in direct client engagement and developing “Go to Action Plans” from data insights
• Strong Experience with: Python and SQL, PowerBI, AWS and/or Azure environments, Data visualization and reporting platforms, Data transformation and automation tools
