Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, and platform tools. Develop and maintain custom Salesforce functionality, workflows, and integrations.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional Salesforce development experience
• Advanced hands-on experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components in production environments
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, security, automation, and customization
• Experience developing and maintaining Salesforce business workflows
• Proven hands-on AI project experience, specifically using Claude
• Experience in financial services, lending, financing, loan origination, or credit products
• Familiarity with Salesforce deployment processes, sandbox environments, change sets, or DevOps tools
• Ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders
