Role Overview
As Key Account Manager Switzerland (Ophthalmology), you will support healthcare professionals, develop stakeholder relationships, and seek growth opportunities that align with Astellas’ goals. This position requires deep industry knowledge, especially within Ophthalmology.
What You Will Do
Serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare professionals, hospital networks, and key stakeholders within assigned accounts to grow market share and achieve sales targets. Develop and execute territory-specific account plans based on a thorough understanding of the local ophthalmology landscape.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, business, or a related field, or equivalent
- Proven experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in ophthalmology
- Proven experience in key account management, with ownership of a defined territory
- Strong understanding of account ecosystems, including clinical decision-making processes, hospital formularies, procurement, and pathway management
- Ability to manage complex stakeholder networks, including key opinion leaders, gynecologists, general practitioners, pharmacists, and payers
- Fluent German, English and French language skills
