Role Overview
The Marketing Manager will support the Canadian Breast Cancer team in shaping and executing brand strategy across an evolving portfolio. The role involves translating patient, customer, and market insights into prioritized, integrated marketing plans that strengthen customer experience, support launch and indication readiness.
What You Will Do
The successful candidate will lead the development and execution of integrated brand and customer marketing plans across upcoming Breast Cancer portfolio launches and in-line indications. They will also identify and lead portfolio-level initiatives that create synergies across Breast Cancer brands, indications, and customer groups.

Requirements
- University degree or equivalent in science and/or business
- A minimum of 5 years of successful pharmaceutical industry experience, including at least 2 years of marketing experience
- Previous Oncology experience is an asset with Breast Cancer marketing, launch or indication experience is preferred
- Strong strategic analysis, planning, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to translate insights into focused priorities and action
- Experience developing integrated and digital customer experiences, with interest in evolving omnichannel platforms and channels
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, agency partners, budgets, and timelines while maintaining quality and executional discipline
- Stellar written, oral, and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and influence varied audiences
- A collaborative and inclusive working style, with demonstrated ability to establish credibility, understand others’ perspectives, and build strong business relationships
- Demonstrated agility, urgency, and sound prioritization in a changing or ambiguous environment
- Commitment to personal growth, development, and contributing to a cohesive team environment
- Previous key external expert or KOL relationship-management experience is an asset
- French-language proficiency is an asset
