Role Overview

Asurion is hiring a Principal Product Manager to own Engagement & Monetization charter for Joy.ai, an AI-native tech concierge. The role involves turning context into durable engagement and growth, deepening customer reliance and converting it into value.

What You Will Do

Own the engagement loop and monetization surface end-to-end, proactive outreach, personalized next-best-action, free-to-paid conversion, upgrade/trade-in, and turn ambiguous household signals into experiments, offers, and growth.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management
• Track record of 0-to-1 product development
