Drive and oversee order review, chargeback processing, 2nd level customer inquiries, transportation claim, and workflow improvement.
Requirements
- Assist HQ team in Asia
- Communicate with sales representative/customer for North American customer accounts
- Check and monitor on accounts A/R deductions
- Escalate and coordinate between departments to solve aging and help A/R close the book
- Handle HQ team issue between sales and customer on daily basis inquiries
- Read and understand channel program and provide assistance and solution to HQ claim team
- Engage and resolve the pending claim between product management team, sales team and customer
- Review data report from HQ team and debug issue for bottleneck case
- Maintain good attendance and punctuality
