Role Overview

The ASUS Robotics & AI Center is seeking a Program Manager, Business Operations & Market Growth to join our global research and development team. This role drives operational execution, compliance readiness, and customer-facing program management across key markets.

What You Will Do

Support and maintain the ARAIC compliance program, research regulatory and procurement requirements, analyze prospective customers, and plan and track schedules.

Requirements

• Experience working with compliance, certification, or regulatory requirements
• Proven ability to coordinate schedules and deliverables across multiple teams and external partners
• Strong ability to analyze regulatory, procurement, and market information and summarize it for technical teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating pitch decks, proposals, and executive summaries
• Strong organization, documentation, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and adapt as priorities change
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, operations, engineering, or a related field
• 7+ years of industry work experience or equivalent, including program planning, operations, or project coordination
