Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 8-12 years of experience working with CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce) and CRM integration tools
- US Healthcare Industry knowledge preferred
- Customer Data operations experience preferred
- Strong expertise in web research and data validation
- Business ownership mindset with exceptional attention to detail
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
- Intermediate SQL knowledge with practical application experience
- Advanced data analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and time-management abilities
