Role Overview
As a Senior Demand Generation Manager at Athos Commerce, you will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive demand generation strategy to drive awareness, engagement, pipeline, and revenue growth for North America. You will own and manage end-to-end campaign strategy and execution across multiple channels, including digital, paid media, email, content syndication, and partner programs. You will work closely with Sales, the Partner Team, the wider Marketing team, and RevOps to align on goals, messaging, and execution.
What You Will Do
Your responsibilities will include developing and executing a comprehensive demand generation strategy, owning and managing end-to-end campaign strategy and execution, leading inbound marketing initiatives, planning and executing virtual and in-person events, overseeing lead lifecycle management, and partnering closely with Sales and SDR teams.

Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience in demand generation or growth marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or ecommerce technology
- Proven track record of building and scaling multi-channel demand generation programs that drive pipeline and revenue
- Deep experience with campaign management, inbound marketing, lead lifecycle management, and marketing automation
- Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting, attribution modeling, and performance optimization
- Experience managing events (virtual and in-person) as a core demand generation channel
- Familiarity with modern marketing tech stacks (e.g., marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, analytics tools, and ad platforms)
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, the wider Marketing team, Partner teams, and RevOps teams
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience managing or mentoring team members
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
