Sales Systems Support Analyst

Role Overview

This position is the primary interface between Marketing, Sales and Service (MSS) and Information Systems and Services (IS&S) with respect to Allison 360 (Salesforce) system requirements. The person in this role must have a working knowledge of Allison 360 CRM, broad knowledge of Global MSS organizational structure and responsibilities, familiarity with Global MSS associates, and the ability to analyze Allison 360 input / requests for legitimacy, feasibility, and priority.

What You Will Do

Act as Lead Allison 360 (Salesforce) Steward, coordinate requests from all regional 360 Stewards, and represent Allison 360 on the Salesforce Platform Project Management team. Provide periodic updates in Global MSS Town Hall meetings and MSS Leadership meetings. Organize and facilitate the Allison 360 Steering Committee, comprised of a representative group of Global MSS leaders from all regions and MSS groups.

They will have CRM knowledge, preferably Salesforce, and experience with Allison Marketing, Sales and Service processes, and knowledge of Allison global customers and Allison product nomenclature.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
• Bachelor degree in Business Management or Information Systems preferred
• 5 years work experience with at least 1 year of experience in Global Marketing, Sales and Service with global associates
• CRM knowledge, preferably Salesforce
• Experience with Allison Marketing, Sales and Service processes, and knowledge of Allison global customers and Allison product nomenclature
