Growth Account Executive (QLD or NSW)

Requirements

  • Proven experience in SaaS or tech solution sales, with a strong record of hitting and exceeding targets
  • Confidence in prospecting and building new relationships, with the ability to expand accounts over time
  • Familiarity with ‘land and expand’ strategies and partnering with internal teams to drive outcomes
  • Excellent communication skills — able to explain complex concepts simply and persuasively
  • A growth mindset: open to feedback, continuous improvement, and new ways of working
  • Strong relationship-building skills, earning trust and credibility with stakeholders
  • Bonus: experience in startups or EdTech
