We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR Data Analyst to join our HR team to support data reporting, analysis, and process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Statistics, or related field.
- 3 – 5 years of experience in HR analytics, HR operations, or similar data-focused roles.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookups, basic formulas).
- Experience or familiarity with HR systems (HRIS/ATS) is a plus.
- Knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is an added advantage.
