Head of Market Intelligence

Role Overview

The Head of Market Intelligence will lead AT&S’s global Market Intelligence function, providing independent, fact-based insights on markets, customers, technologies, and competitors to support strategic planning and executive decision-making.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities include leading the Market Intelligence function, establishing and improving market intelligence methods, developing and delivering market intelligence, and presenting market developments to Executive Management and key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 10-15 years of relevant experience in Market Intelligence, Strategy, Corporate Development, Consulting, or related fields
• Experience supporting strategic and executive-level decision making in an international environment
• 5-8 years of leadership experience in Market Intelligence, Strategy, Corporate Development, Business Development, or Consulting
• Leadership and people management skills
• Expertise in market intelligence, strategy, and competitive analysis
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business acumen
• Experience with advanced analytics, AI, and business intelligence tools
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills
• Fluent English; additional languages are an advantage
