Role Overview
The primary function is to serve as the main connector, integrator and analyst of the Retail Marketing team, bringing together all parts of Retail Marketing to advance established business objectives and deliver superior results for Starkey’s customers.
What You Will Do
Manage technical aspects of key marketing systems, create and maintain metrics reports, analyze marketing and sales data, work with the Retail Marketing Leadership team to develop action plans, and implement and manage the marketing analytics roadmap.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; marketing degree preferred
- 2-5+ years of marketing operations or comparable business experience
- Microsoft Office suite of programs
- Thorough knowledge of general principles of finance, budget, product, product marketing, brand and project management
- Experience establishing milestones and KPIs and reporting on them on a regular basis
- Demonstrated ability to identify problems, mediate issues, develop solutions and implement a course of action
- Demonstrated success at meeting project budget, timelines, and requirement targets, and managing variances
- Familiarity with media planning and various marketing tactics
