We are seeking a People Operations Business Partner to serve as a strategic partner to leaders while ensuring strong, compliant, and scalable people operations across the organization.
Requirements
- Serve as a trusted People partner to leaders and managers
- Coach managers on people leadership topics
- Support employee lifecycle moments
- Act as a point of contact for employee questions and concerns
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and internal policies
- Support audits and internal reviews
- Maintain accurate employee data across HR systems
- Identify opportunities to improve and standardize people processes
- Support implementation and optimization of HR systems and tools
- Use data and feedback to inform improvements in employee experience and people programs
- Partner on employee engagement initiatives, feedback mechanisms, and action planning
- Support leadership development and high-potential employee programs
- Reinforce company values and culture through people practices and manager enablement
