As a 12-month max term contract position, the purpose of the Business Intelligence Analyst role is to support AP+ make informed, data-driven decisions across Australia’s domestic payments ecosystem by transforming complex operational, transactional and strategic data into actionable insights.
Requirements
- Gather and interpret business requirements across reporting, analytics, insights and operational troubleshooting.
- Analyse and interpret data from multiple sources, ensuring data accuracy, consistency and integrity.
- Deliver clear, actionable insights and reporting to stakeholders through effective communication and presentation.
- Develop scalable, self-service reporting solutions to support organisation-wide use.
- Manage ongoing reporting and data requests, including controlled updates to reports, dashboards and data models.
- Investigate data and reporting issues, identify anomalies and determine root causes impacting transaction products and business processes.
- Document and standardise reporting methodologies, processes and insight frameworks across AP+.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of reporting outcomes and business objectives.
