AUTO1 Group is Europe’s leading digital automotive platform, looking for a Sales Operations Project Manager to join their team in Madrid, Spain. The role involves driving sales initiatives, analyzing market trends, and delivering insights to stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience driving sales initiatives aligned with market realities and group targets.
- Identify, quantify, and act on sales trends and performance gaps using rigorous market and data analysis
- Own sales forecasting and reporting end-to-end: targets, dealers, tools, and clear accountability for results
- Deliver concise, decision-ready insights to stakeholders; escalate blockers and push corrective actions fast.
- Work cross-functionally (Sales, Finance, BI, Marketing)
- First working experience in Management Consulting, Sales Strategy & Operations or in a dynamic, fast-paced international scale-up environment
- SQL knowledge, experience using GSheets and other tools to manipulate and analyze large, complex data sets, CRM experience is a plus
- Excellent organization skills as well as written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English, other EU languages are a plus
