Salesforce Developer III

Role Overview

The Salesforce Developer III performs hands-on technical implementation with a focus on delivering functional and scalable solutions on the Salesforce Platform. The role participates in the design, development, testing, deployment, integration, documentation, and support of enterprise Salesforce solutions.

What You Will Do

Serve as a technical resource for Salesforce projects including solution design, configuration, development, integration, customization, deployment, and support. Design and develop solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, Visualforce, and Salesforce Flow.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of Salesforce platform development experience, experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and enterprise integrations, and advanced knowledge of Salesforce Platform capabilities and development best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of Salesforce platform development experience.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and enterprise integrations preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience, Lightning Web Components, Apex, Flow, and deployment management.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Advanced knowledge of Salesforce Platform capabilities and development best practices.
• Certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I – Required, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II – Required, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder – Required, Salesforce Certified Administrator – Preferred, Salesforce AI Associate – Preferred, Salesforce Agentforce Specialist – Preferred
