Avero is seeking a proactive Customer Success Manager to engage, retain, and enable Avero’s customers in the hospitality industry. The role requires 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the hospitality SaaS industry. The candidate will manage a growing portfolio of customers, assist in developing the Customer Success department, and work with the sales team to up-sell new products.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles
- Knowledge of the hospitality industry, preferably vertical specialization in Hotels, Restaurants, and Casinos
- Excellent listening and presentation skills
- Knowledge of the Avero platform, Salesforce/CRM, and internal processes
