Role Overview
As the Sales Excellence Project Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving continuous improvement and strategic alignment across our sales organization. Your primary purpose is to oversee and implement key projects that enhance sales processes, optimize tools, and improve overall commercial effectiveness.
What You Will Do
Analyze current sales processes and metrics to identify areas for optimization, drive initiatives that improve efficiency and revenue growth, develop and implement change management programs, and lead the end-to-end execution of sales excellence projects.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, IT or a related field.
- Proven experience in Data Analytics/ Business Intelligence, project management, sales operations, or commercial excellence within a B2B environment.
- Strong analytical background with the ability to translate complex data sets into actionable sales strategies.
- Exceptional ability to communicate, influence, and align diverse stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization.
- High proficiency in Google Scripts, Artificial Intelligence, AppSheet, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and project management methodologies (Agile, Lean, or PMP certification is a plus).
