We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts across designated regions.
Requirements
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand market share.
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance and goal attainment.
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients and partners.
- Monitor regional sales performance, analyze market trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with company objectives.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and budgets for regional operations.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the same industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to travel within assigned regions as needed.
