We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts across designated regions.

Requirements

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand market share.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance and goal attainment.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients and partners.
  • Monitor regional sales performance, analyze market trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales initiatives with company objectives.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and budgets for regional operations.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the same industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to travel within assigned regions as needed.
