The People Operations Analyst is a key role in supporting the day-to-day People Team operations and business processing for a growing organization. We are seeking someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy and fully comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a high-volume HR operation or a related function
- Experience working with HRIS tools and applications
- Ability to resolve escalated issues and problems quickly, efficiently, and independently
- Excellent work ethic and ability to multitask, prioritize and follow through on multiple projects simultaneously
- Intermediate to Advanced level skills in Microsoft Office and Google Suite products
- Superior organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work with a high level of confidentiality
