EMEA Business Development Manager HiRel (m/f/d)

We are looking for an EMEA Business Development Manager – HiRel to deploy and present the strategy in the HiRel product segment, with a focus on Aerospace and Defense, to sales, key suppliers, and key customers across EMEA. The role provides market guidance, develops and aligns the growth strategy with sales and other stakeholders, and identifies and drives opportunities in existing and new customers to generate sustainable revenue and margin growth in this critical segment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Program Development
  • Degree in Electronics engineering or an equivalent technical qualification
  • Strong strategic thinking skills with solid market insight
  • Proven ability in opportunity development and disciplined pipeline management
  • Experience in customer and supplier relationship management
  • Technical understanding of A&D electronics
  • Awareness of compliance requirements and risk management principles
  • Strong communication and influencing skills
  • Excellent English skills, written and spoken
  • Willingness to travel across EMEA
