• Own and manage the full employee lifecycle across Europe
• Manage payroll processes in Germany and Austria
• Partner with EOR provider for compliant hiring across countries
• Support audits and ensure accurate employee data within HRIS
• Identify opportunities to automate, improve, and simplify operations
