Business Intelligence Analyst

Role Overview

The Business Intelligence Analyst plays a supportive role in transforming Axiom into a data-driven company, helping to surface critical operational insights to stakeholders, ensure data assets are well-maintained, and bring transparency to daily operations.

You will pull up your sleeves to query, clean, and publish data, building the reports and dashboards our teams use to make informed decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• 1–3 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence (relevant internships or academic capstone projects apply)
• Hands-on experience with at least one major BI tool such as Tableau (preferred), Power BI, Sisense, or Qlik
• Solid foundational knowledge of SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server) for querying and data extraction
• Familiarity with data cleaning, basic ETL concepts, and tools like Databricks or similar cloud data platforms
