Role Overview

The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing the sales processes and the sales team, as well as monitoring contractual relations with clients and developing new business opportunities.

• Managing the sales processes and the sales team

• Monitoring of contracted services share with the goal of growth
• Monitoring contractual parameter deviations and proactively promoting alignment
• Developments and maintenance of successful client relations
• Identification of new business opportunities and new channels of distribution
• Promoting of ALD products and services through outer channels
• Study, defining, and implementing an individual client-level pricing strategy
• Assisting to Sales director in enforcement of yearly sales plan
• Regular follow-up and giving recommendation for improvement and compliance of all contracts and documents related to contractual relations with clients
• Communication with the credit risk function in relation to credit line approval
• Participation in receivables collection process – contacts with the clients according to demand of Accounting and finance department
• Preparation of reports for customers and internal users
• Performing monthly, quarterly, and annual checks on a regular basis
