Role Overview
As a Finance Advisor – FP&A Operations, you will support business performance through financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and operational analysis. You will partner with functional leaders to provide financial guidance, evaluate business performance, and drive initiatives that improve profitability and cash generation across the organization.
What You Will Do
You will manage the business cycle, including 3-year plans, annual budgets, and forecasts across various levels of the organization. You will define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure performance across business & product line, Research & Development (R&D), Engineering, Supply Chain, Commissioning, and other business functions.

To be successful in this role, you will have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, a minimum of 5 additional years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Operations, and strong financial analysis and business planning capabilities.
