As an Account Executive, you’ll build relationships, identify client needs, and guide prospects through the sales journey at BambooHR, a people intelligence platform that transforms HR and sets people free to do great work. You’ll prospect for new business opportunities, manage the sales pipeline, understand client needs, and present tailored solutions. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to move deals through the sales process and negotiate deals to close.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B or SaaS sales
- Prospecting/cold calling experience is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM systems (like Salesforce) and basic sales tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present product demos
- Drive & persistence, ability to manage objections and push through challenges
- Teamwork, ability to collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals
- Coachability, willingness to learn from feedback and improve your sales approach
- Customer-focused, understanding of BambooHR’s value and ability to communicate this to clients
- Organized, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prospects at once
- Positive attitude, energetic and enthusiastic
