Bandit Running is seeking a Senior Data Engineer / Analytics Engineer to help architect and build the next generation of their backend data systems, partnering closely with the Head of Data to design and implement an analytics foundation that powers new models, analyses, KPIs, and AI-driven workflows across the company.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in data engineering or analytics engineering roles
- Expert SQL skills; comfortable modeling complex business logic
- Experience and opinions on data architecture decisions, tradeoffs, and tooling
- Good translator of business operations / problems into data schematics
- AI-oriented data builder
- Experience working in Snowflake, dbt, data ingestion tools (i.e Airbyte) and Airflow
Benefits

- $100-150 / hour (depending on location and years of experience)
