Role Overview

As an Advisory Growth Specialist, you will own your territory and drive the growth of investment advisory assets. You will partner with Financial Advisors and Market Executives to identify growth opportunities, create action plans, and revisit performance monthly to drive results.

What You Will Do

You will help advisors win new assets, uncover new client opportunities, transition brokerage assets into advisory relationships, deepen relationships, and grow wallet share with existing clients.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of financial services experience
  • 3 or more years working with Financial Advisors or in investment management
  • Experience supporting, distributing, or selling investment products, advisory solutions, or related financial services offerings
  • Working knowledge of professionally managed investment products or the investment advisory business
  • Series 7 and 63/65 or 66, or the ability to obtain them within 120 days of your start date
