Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field
- At least 8 years of significant experience in complex project management and strategic initiative leadership
- Demonstrated experience in developing business files, analyzing impacts, and formulating recommendations and decision-making scenarios
- Experience in deploying transformation initiatives, optimizing processes, and following up on business results using performance indicators
- Knowledge of the insurance sector, financial services, or distribution models
- Excellent influence, collaboration, and communication skills
